How long does delivery take?

Delivery Timelines:
While we strive for efficient shipping, delivery times are subject to courier schedules, which are beyond our control.

Estimated Timelines:

  • Main city areas: 2-3 business days after tracking details are issued.
  • Outlying areas: 5-7 business days after tracking details are issued.

What if I receive my order damaged?

We thoroughly inspect all products for wetness and damaged packaging, such as torn boxes, before dispatching them.

If you receive an item with leakage, please send us clear images of both the product and its packaging as proof. Replacements will only be considered based on the provided evidence and at the discretion of Management. Please note that not all cases will qualify for replacement, as it depends on the nature and extent of the damage.

Once parcels are handed over to the courier, we cannot be held responsible for any damages or incidents, such as courier trucks being hijacked. In such cases, you can submit a claim directly to the courier company. Claim details can be requested from us, and the claim will be filed against the depot that last handled your delivery.

Additionally, we offer optional insurance on our website that covers broken items during courier transit.

What if I receive the wrong item?

Please DO NOT OPEN the package. If you received an item different from what you ordered, kindly send us a photo of the item. We will arrange for collection and send the correct item to you. If the packaging appears slightly different, this may be due to changes in packaging over time, and in such cases, we cannot accept the return. While we make every effort to fulfill orders accurately, human error can occasionally occur, and we strive to minimize such mistakes.

What happens if the product does not spray

TEST THE PIPE:
1. Remove the spray cap from the bottle (the part the spray comes out of).
2. You’ll see a white pipe extending into the bottle. Press the pipe using your nail (avoid using your finger, as it may block the hole).
3. Press the pipe continuously until perfume squirts out. If the perfume comes out of the pipe, the issue lies with the spray cap you removed.

TEST THE CAP:
1. The spray cap has plastic inside, with a lid that matches the bottle style (silver, gold, or another color).
2. Ensure the two holes—the white plastic hole and the silver/gold hole—align properly. You should be able to see where the spray would come out.
3. Soak the cap in very hot water for about 10 minutes to clear any blockages in the holes.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please send us photos or a video showing the problem. This will help us better assist you.

In cases where the issue is minor and easily fixable (e.g., holes misaligned), we may need to collect the perfume from you. However, if the problem is resolved and the perfume is returned in working order, the customer will be charged replacement fees along with courier fees for pickup and return.

NOTE:
Any replacements will be processed within 3 days of receiving the item. You must notify us of the issue within 3 days of receiving the product.
